Fairy Quilt
This is how the fairy quilt developed. It is made up of various parts whereas the Pied Piper quilt is technically a wholecloth I suppose as nothing has been applied to it -------yet!
She is wonnnnnderful!!! I love it! How did you fashion the wings? There have been so many techniques out there I thought i'd ask! :_) This is one of your painting samples? You are so talented! Great job!
Yes she is all painted and ready for the stitching and beading. The wings are made of 2 colours of angelina that I fused, cut out and then embroidered onto the quilt before the fairy shape. Thank you for your comments :o)
