Fruity hanging

This is a hanging that I painted and stitched to hang on my friend, Lynne's staircase wall. Her dado rail is trimmed with a fruity themed border and we thought a fruit themed hanging would go well.
As an experiment I used fusible web to incorporate some of the remaining pieces of the paper border. Once ironed on they were no problem to stitch over.
Lynne got the hanger off Ebay and added some hot fix crystals to brighten up a dark corner.
