COTTON NETTING

That new GS still hasn't arrived and I can't settle to bigger projects so decided to get the cotton netting out and play around with embroidery stitches on it.















It is very dainty looking and offers all sorts of possibilities with the addition of further lace and ribbons. These samples ended up as doll's clothes.





















I am now wondering what it would turn out like if I dyed/painted some of the cotton net and then played around with it.

It is much pleasanter to work with than synthetic nets!
