Scottish Quilt Show at Ingliston this weekend.

---------and I am really disappointed.  :o(

I feel very honoured that some of my quilts are being displayed by Grosvenor at the Spring Shows and Sandown this year. The nearest they come to Cumbria is the Ingliston show and I had hoped to be able to be there but it was not to be.

I do have the write up in the current Fabrications magazine to prove that it really did happen though. :o)
I do know I have seen all my quilts before (!) but it would have been thrilling to see them all hanging together wouldn't it?

I have to say they looked wonderful Rosalind...I wish you had been able go see them yourself...what a shame...but the year is not over...you never know...you may still have a chance....What an achievement!

Best Wishes

Your quilts were absolutely amazing, what a shame you were not able to see them yourself, but you gave many others pleasure and inspiration. Thank you.

Hi Rosalind, I just found your blog - through my own.
I'm so sorry you did not make the show. Your thistle is amazing!!!!
I did a post on the show and put a photo on my blog - i hope that was ok. I'm fairly new to blogging and not too sure of blog etiquette. It was a really popular post and got loads of hits.
Perhaps you will make it to the September show?

You have done it again. Inspired me beyond my abilities to want to try something like this. I LOVE this piece. I love your color choices, the quilting the subject matter, everything. So glad you have a blog.
